At Rock Solid Concrete Sealing Systems we evaluate each concrete area we inspect individually to provide a more customized concrete and driveway sealing service to our customers. While we treat each driveway, patio, walkway, sidewalk, and parking lot we seal differently, our overall process remains the same because it has consistently proven to be successful. Unfortunately, there are some areas of concrete we encounter that are beyond the scope of our services which usually involve concrete repairs, Rock Solid Concrete Sealing Systems will always be upfront, honest and never try to sell concrete sealing to someone who will not benefit from it.
How Our Concrete Seal Works
The first step to seal any concrete surface is to make sure it is clean of any debris and dirt. We use a commercial grade power washer that not only cleans any concrete areas but also deeply penetrates with water as well. Once your driveway or concrete areas are cleaned but not dry, Rock Solid Concrete Sealing Systems thoroughly applies our sealant that is specifically formulated to bond to, strengthen, and waterproof concrete surfaces on the exterior and up 14 inches into the interior. The key to our concrete sealing technology is that it reacts to water continually providing an ultimate barrier between your concrete and moisture, salt, and the outdoor elements that break down the strength of your concrete. After the concrete sealant has been applied, it will continue to react to water for up to 25 years keeping your driveway, patio, walkways, sidewalks, or any concrete surface from wear and damage.
